Where Membership Never Expires

K-8 Websites, Inc. is a member-supported service offering resources for educators for grades Kindergarten through 8th grade.  You must be 18 years or older to register for membership.  All products are offered "as is" with no guarantee.  Therefore, all orders are nonrefundable.   All efforts are made to present material in its true state so that potential customers can sample items before ordering.   K-8 Websites, Inc. respects your privacy.  We do require registration with a one-time fee to access all our resources.  Anyone can access our sample products for free.  For those individuals wishing to become members, we request a registration form including name, address, city, state, and zip code be forwarded to K-8 Websites.  An email address is also required for registration.  None of the above information is given  or sold to any third party but is solely used for administration of our website.     Access to our "Members Only" web site is available only to registered members of K-8 Websites, Inc.  Note that initial payment is required and any personal information obtained is from someone 18 years or older.  We will not release any such personal information to a third party, nor will we use it except in connection with your membership to K-8 Websites, Inc.    To protect our members, payment information given to PayPal is never seen by K-8 Websites, Inc.  PayPal only forwards a name and email address after processing payment.   We do not receive  copies of your credit card information.  All credit information is processed solely by PayPal.     K-8 Websites, Inc. intends for information and data contained in this site to be accurate and reliable.  However, since the information and data have been compiled by K-8 Websites, Inc. from a variety of sources, the materials in this site are provided "As Is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied.     The nature of an online business is that service can be interrupted or discontinued for any reason.  All attempts will be made, however, to notify members if discontinuing the websites is being planned.  All efforts will be made but not guaranteed to those members who have not received at least 12 months of access to issue a refunded  prorated amount based on the remaining months left to the 12-month level.   Membership fees cover the cost of maintaining the site, access to original K-8 Websites, Inc. presentations and worksheets.  The membership fee does not include access to additional resources not created by K-8 Websites which are only provided as enrichment to the topic.  Those sites are freely available to anyone and maintain their own website and all their reserved copyrights.  If an additional resource link objects to being available to our members, notify K-8 Websites, Inc. and it will immediately be removed.
